BLACK FRIDAY WEEK - FAQ  

  

  • When do the Black Friday sales on All Tides begin and how long will they last?  

The Black Friday sales will start on Monday, November 23 at 9:00 a.m. and will end Monday, November 30 at 11:59 p.m.  

  

  • What items will be discounted during Black Friday week and what are the discounts?  

You will be able to take advantage of a wide selection of items at up to 70% off.

  • Can promotional codes and discounts be combined?  

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items.  

  

  • Final sale items  

Item selections discounted at 50% and 70% are final sale items. Hygiene products such as masks, bathing caps and personal care products are also non-refundable.  

  

  • Are the items in my shopping cart reserved?  

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it in our inventory until your payment has been received. The item reservation is made when you receive the payment confirmation.  

  

  • Possible delivery delays  

Due to exceptional order volumes during Black Friday week, orders can take up to 2 to 5 business days to be shipped. Delivery times could also be longer due to global disruptions caused by COVID-19.   

  

  • How do I track my package?  

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can use this code to track the shipping progress of your package.  

  

  •  I don’t like the item that I purchased  

If you don’t like an item, you can request a refund. We do not allow exchanges. Final sale items are non-refundable.  

 

  • How do I make a return?  
  1. Complete a return request using the following form.  
  2. After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email within two business days. You will receive a return authorization number in this email, therefore wait until you receive it before returning your items. 
  3. Send your products to:

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.  

  

  • Order pick-up at All Tides: How does it work?  

Order pickup is a convenient and free option! If you live in the Montreal area, you can pick up your order at our offices free of charge. Simply select the “Pick up” option as your delivery choice. Packages to be picked up will be ready within 2 business days of your order placement at the following address:
