How can I place an order?
To place an order on All Tides, browse the products in the different categories or by using the search engine. Then, select the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart". Once your products are in the basket, click on the "Proceed to payment" button and follow the instructions.

Are my purchases on alltides.com secure?
Yes, your purchase and payment information is completely secure. We use Moneris Solutions, a secure payment processing company that uses protocols which encrypt sensitive information. A small padlock symbol in the address bar, or browser window means the site is secure.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, but you’ll need to contact us before your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll have to request a return. Contact our customer service for more information.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express), PayPal and Seezle.

What is Sezzle?

Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later—with no interest! When you complete a purchase with Sezzle, All Tides will process your order as if you have just paid the entire price—but you will have only paid a fraction of the cost.

Does Sezzle perform a credit check?
Sezzle completes what’s known as a “soft check,” which means they take a look at your credit score as part of their risk check—but this doesn’t impact your credit score. Sezzle uses this information to help verify your identity and approve you for Sezzle

How does Sezzle work?
Sezzle breaks down the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase. The remaining amount is spread out over equal installments (typically three installments), each installment two weeks apart. No interest or processing fees are charged to you—as long as you pay everything off on time, you only pay for what you purchased!

Sezzle says the payments are interest-free. What’s the catch?
No catch here! Sezzle is completely interest-free for shoppers. All Tides pays Sezzle a fee, so shoppers have the freedom to buy now and pay later. As long as you pay your installments on time, you’ll only pay for what you purchased—free from interest and processing fees!

Do I need a minimum order to use Sezzle?
Sezzle can only be used for orders over $100 (tax included), and will not be available for orders over $1400 (tax included).

What if I want to return or exchange a purchase?
Returns and/or exchanges follow the same process as any other purchase at All Tides, regardless of payment method.

If you return some or all of your order, installments will be adjusted by Sezzle and you will be refunded what you have already paid.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for ordes totalling $100.00 or more, before taxes. For orders under $100.00, the shipping cost will be calculated in your shopping cart.

When will I receive my order?
Regular delivery takes an average of 4 to 7 business days.

Do you ship outside Canada?
No, currently we ship only within Canada.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes. You may have your order shipped to any valid Canadian address. Simply select “Shipping address different from billing address” in the second step of the purchase process, and follow the instructions.

Can I track my package? How?
All of our packages are tracked. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you have a customer account, you will be able to sign in and track your order’s progress.

What happens if I'm not home when my parcel is delivered?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. A delivery attempt will be made in person. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notice card will be left addressed to you, and the order will be held for pick-up at the designated pick-up point. No signature is required at the time of delivery; however, presentation of a valid photo identification is required to claim a package at the post office.

May I pick up my order in person, directly at All Tides?

If you live near Montreal, you may pick up your order free of charge at our office, located at:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET)

Please choose the “Pick up at All Tides office” shipping option at checkout. Your order will normally be available the next business day. You will be notified by email or telephone as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.

For security reasons, you will be asked to present identification to retrieve your order.

Please note: It is not possible to modify or exchange an order at our office. Orders are available for pick-up only.
Thank you for bringing an ID when you pass.
Also note, if you want to allow a third person to pick up your package for you, it will be mandatory to notify our customer service in advance by email with his full name. The person will have to bring an ID during their visit.

RETURNS

How long can I throw away to return an item?

You have thirty (30) days from the date of your order to submit a return request and return your item(s). All returns must be previously authorized using a Return Form.

Returned products must be in new condition, with the original packaging, and all tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) intact. An item that has obviously been worn, is presented without its tags and hygienic liner, and/or is not in resalable condition will not be accepted for return.

All Liquidation items are final sale; they are not eligible for exchange or refund.

We ask that you keep your underwear when trying on swimwear, and remember to handle with care.

Competition swimsuits may not be returned without prior authorization. All competition swimwear is meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure that it is free of defects or tears. To be accepted for return, all competition swimwear must be in perfect condition, without any marks or damage. Please use our Return Form to obtain authorization.
