SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Shipping Within Canada
You may choose to have your order delivered to the address that is most convenient for you.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. A delivery attempt will be made in person. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notice card will be left addressed to you, and the order will be held for pickup at the designated pick-up point. No signature is required at the time of delivery; however, presentation of a valid photo identification is required to claim a package at the post office.
2. Free Shipping on Orders Over $100*
All Tides offers FREE shipping within Canada on all orders of $100 or more, before taxes. If the order total, before taxes, is less than $100, shipping rates will apply:

*Unfortunately, free shipping is not available to remote Canadian locations. If the first half of your postal code is found in the list below, your address is not eligible for the free shipping offer.

3. All Tides In-Store Pick-up — Free and Convenient !
If you live in or near Montreal, you may wish to collect your order directly at our office: select “Pick Up” in the order delivery options.
Your order will be ready for pick up within one (1) working day, and you will be so advised by email or telephone. Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 Monday through Friday (except statutory holidays) at the following address:

Please note that this option is reserved for order pick up only. No modifications, exchanges, or refunds will be treated onsite.
Please have a piece of identification ready when coming to pick up your order. If you wish to authorize someone other than yourself, you must notify our customer service beforehand, indicating the full name of the person who will be collecting your parcel. He/she will be asked to present identification.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are only shipped to Canadian addresses and generally arrive within three to seven business days.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date that your order was shipped, at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Order Tracking
All of our packages are tracked. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number. If you have a customer account, you will be able to sign in and track your order’s progress.
You have thirty (30) days from the date of your order to submit a return request and return your items. All returns must be previously authorized using a Return Form. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return, if returned it will not be refunded or sent back.
Returned products must be in new condition, with the original packaging, and all tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) intact. An item that has obviously been worn, is presented without its tags and hygienic liner, and/or is not in resalable condition will not be accepted for return.
We ask that you keep your underwear when trying on swimwear, and remember to handle with care.
Competition swimsuits may not be returned without prior authorization. All competition swimwear is meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure that it is free of defects or tears. To be accepted for return, all competition swimwear must be in perfect condition, without any marks or damage. Please use our Return Form to obtain authorization.
All Liquidation items are final sale; they are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return for Refund Only, No Exchange
Returns are processed by refund only, we do not process exchanges. It is simpler to make a return and proceed with a new purchase.
How do I return an item?
Returning By Mail
Follow these steps:
- Request authorization for a return, using the online Return Form.
- After receiving your return authorization number, mail your package, with a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

Once we receive your parcel, your refund will be processed within ten business days. Items returned without prior return authorization will be refused.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. However, we will be happy to reimburse return shipping fees incurred as a result of an error on our part, or if the product is discovered to be defective. Please note that personalized merchandise cannot be returned.
Please note: In the event that an item is missing from a returned order, the value of the missing items, namely promotional gifts with purchase or other items included in the order, will be deducted from the total credit amount.
All returns must be sent by regular parcel service, prepaid and insured. By insuring your parcel with Canada Post, you will be able to track it. All Tides is not responsible for items lost in the mail. We do not accept returns COD (Cash On Delivery).
Free In-Office Returns at All Tides
You may drop your return off, in person, at our All Tides office, on the condition that all merchandise is returned in its original state.
Before coming, make sure you have completed the request for return, and have contacted our customer service to arrange a date for your return.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on site. Returned articles will be refunded within ten business days.
Refund of Shipping Charges with Paypal
If you paid for your order using Paypal, you may be eligible to have your shipping fees refunded to a maximum of $30.

7. Refusal of Delivery, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels
If you refuse delivery of your parcel, or if it remains unclaimed after the deadline established by the shipping provider, it will be returned to All Tides. All shipping and handling fees incurred as a result, will be deducted from your merchandise credit amount. The same procedure applies if the delivery address you indicate is incorrect or incomplete, and your package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping provider. All Tides is not responsible for any delivery charges, customs fees, or any other taxes related to the return of your order to the warehouse, except in the event that a package is refused due to damage incurred during shipping, or an error in the delivery address occurs for which the client is not responsible.
If we need to resend your order, either because we refused your return, or because the address you provided was incorrect, a $25 (plus taxes) fee will be charged to our Canadian customers to cover additional shipping charges.
If your order comes back to us labelled Return to Sender, and you do not wish to have it shipped back to you, preferring to be refunded instead, a $15 (plus taxes) shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit amount.
